Felix's career spans engineering, renewable energy, business development, operations, agribusiness, and executive leadership across Kenya, Ethiopia, and the broader African continent. He holds a BSc in Mechatronic Engineering from JKUAT, has been trained at Stanford University and Strathmore University, and carries certifications in project management, occupational health and safety, financial management, and social psychology. But more than his credentials, it is his range — the ability to move fluidly between a boardroom strategy session, a founder's funding challenge, and a young professional's career crossroads — that defines his value as a coach.
He founded and leads Cecabul Africa, a capacity building platform dedicated to developing competence, character, and accountability in Africa's next generation of leaders. He serves as Chief Operations Officer of Perigold Group, an active corporate group operating in Kenya's power and ICT sectors. And he brings that same energy — strategic, grounded, and deeply invested in people — into every coaching engagement.
