Cecabul Africa, a premier center for leadership and marketplace capacity building, is expanding its footprint through a strategic franchise partnership model and invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of Managing Partner – Marketing & Partnerships.
This role is designed for high-impact business leaders, consultants, and growth-focused professionals who possess strong networks, market influence, and a passion for developing leaders and organizations across Africa.
The Managing Partner will lead market expansion by driving sales, partnerships, and brand positioning within assigned territories while leveraging the Cecabul brand, frameworks, and intellectual property. The partner will operate under a franchise-style structure, sourcing clients and delivering Cecabul solutions through the organization’s certified training and consulting systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Cecabul services within the assigned market.
- Drive client acquisition, partnerships, and institutional relationships.
- Market and sell Cecabul Capacity Building Programs and Management Consulting solutions.
- Build strong corporate, government, NGO, and institutional partnerships.
- Manage client engagements and coordinate delivery with Cecabul-certified trainers and consultants.
- Grow revenue and expand brand presence in the territory.
Must Have
- Demonstrated experience in business development, consulting, training, or partnership management.
- Strong professional networks and proven ability to open markets.
- Excellent marketing, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution discipline.
- Ability to prepare a structured Go-To-Market Strategy with target market definition and financial projections.
